No need to get uptight

You know it doesn't matter

There is no wrong or right.

 

There is no need to worry

Be like me, don't give a damn

No matter what others may think

I know who I am

 

It's not what you write on paper

It's what you say and do

Reports are only words

Saying little about you

 

Whether you write an essay

Or only put your name

When appraisals get assessed

We all will get the same.

 

So please be more assertive

Don't be afraid to go too far

You may think that you are rubbish

But to me you are a star.
